Interstate 265 Gap Closure Construct Interstate 265 from I-65 eastward across the Ohio river to connect with Interstate 265 in Kentucky.

Terre Haute - State Road 641 - Will construct a new bypass route from US-41 south of Terre Haute to the east and north to Interstate 70 at the IN-46 Interchange East of Terre Haute.
Northeast Indiana - Fort to Port - Upgrade and widen US-24 from Fort Wayne to the east state line to a four lane divided expressway with limited access.
North Central Indiana - Hoosier Heartland Highway. Widen and upgrade IN-25 and US 24 to a four lane divided highway with limited access from Lafayette to Logansport
Kokomo - US 31 bypass - will construct a new freeway bypass to the east around Kokomo.
Northern Indiana - US 31 bypass - will construct a new freeway upgrade and bypass along the US 31 alignment from South Bend to Plymouth.
