INTERSTATE 1

Interstate 1 would upgrade a major pacific coast artery to Interstate standards from Washington state to Los Angeles. Not intended to replace the US 101 designation but instead be cosigned with US 101. In the Bay area US 101 would still be the primary route up the peninsula and into downtown San Francisco. where I-1 would replace current I-880 and the I-580 across the San Rafale bridge. Interstate 1 travel along the US 101 alignment north and south of the region. Because California does not allow duplicated route numbers SR-1 could be renumbered as SR A1A or 1A to avoid numbering confusion.

INTERSTATE 9

Interstate 9 would upgrade a major central valley artery to interstate standards from Red Bluff to the Mettler Wye south of Bakersfield. Interstate 9 would travel along the SR-99 alignment south of Sacramento. In downtown Sacramento the route would replace the northeast leg of Business route 80 (SR-51). The route continues cosigned with I-80 through Roseville, and then would turn north on State Route 65 towards Marysville. from there it continues to the SR-65 and SR-70 split meeting with future (I-509) and turns northward on a new bypass routing east of Marysville. The route then joins the SR-70 corridor through Oroville and then jumps over to the SR-99 corridor on SR-149. The route continues up SR 99 until it meets again with I-5 near Red Bluff.

INTERSTATE 11

Interstate 11 would create a major new interstate artery through the pacific northwest down to the LA region. Beginning in Spokane the route would travel through Idaho Oregon and Nevada along US 95 then cross over into California along US 6 to Bishop. It would then head south along US 395 until reaching Ridgecrest. Veering of on Southbound SR-14 through Lancaster and Palmdale, and ending at I-5 in Santa Clarita.
